ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

FEBRUARY 9, 2006

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson, Richard

                  Gorden and Mark Mazur

1.  The Board signed requests for special state authority under M.G.L. Chapter 58 Section

     8 to abate the outstanding taxes for six properties obtained by the Town of Sharon.

2.  The Board granted two abatements for FY2003 under the authority of M.G.L.

     Chapter 59 Section 72A and at the request of the Conservation Commission.  The

     properties are now owned by the Town and can be abated in full because they were

     obtained prior to the beginning of fiscal year 2003.

3.  The Board took the following actions on FY2006 exemption applications for the

     owners of the following properties:

            PIN 070038000                       Clause 17D                  Denied

4.  The Board signed a Sales Report Submission Summary Form for the 2006 EQV.

7:45 P.M.  The Board went into Executive Session.

8:05 P.M.  The Board returned from their Executive Session

5.  The Board was reminded that it is time for a performance evaluation of the

     Administrative Assessor for FY2005.  The Board was handed forms related to the

     performance evaluation.  The Board reviewed the forms and discussed the

     performance evaluation.
